Background and Expertise
Lu graduated from Nanjing Tech University, China with a BA in International Economic and Trade and a MA in Constitution and Administrative Law. During her postgraduate studies, Lu participated in writing the Energy Law of Non-OPEC Countries and The Introduction of European Energy Law under the supervision of Professor Jiejun Yang. She was also involved in several projects supported by Chinese National Social Science Foundation, including Research On the Legal System of Low Carbon Technology Innovation and Application and the Sino-German Energy Law Cooperative Project.
After working in the export and chemical industries, Lu moved to Ireland to study at the Sutherland School of Law in UCD and subsequently the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in UCD where she obtained a master degree in International Law and Business in 2015.
After working on a tax project in Grant Thornton, she joined Crowley Millar as a legal assistant. Lu works on our China Desk dealing with Investor Immigrant Applications, debt collection and providing legal services to Chinese clients. Lu has a particular expertise and experience in international tax law, international commercial law, company law and administrative law.
